Hi, I’m Tim Pritchard, founder of Handcrafted Homes Ltd – a trusted local building company based in Devon.

With nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide variety of projects, including barn conversions, loft conversions, extensions, and full home renovations. Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for quality craftsmanship and take pride in creating beautiful, functional spaces that genuinely improve how people live in their homes.

 

At Handcrafted Homes, we specialise in delivering bespoke building solutions that combine style, practicality, and attention to detail. I work closely with every customer to understand their vision and bring it to life.

 

As a husband and dad to a one-year-old daughter, I understand the importance of creating homes that are not only beautifully finished, but truly work for family life. When I’m not on site, I enjoy walking our Cocker Spaniel and working on our own barn conversion here in Devon.
