Completed in 2024, this garage conversion and extension in a Devon village transformed an existing outbuilding into a one-bedroom holiday let. The customer wanted to make use of the garage as additional accommodation, creating a modern and inviting space for guests. We retained original brickwork features while upgrading the building to current insulation standards, and introduced a vaulted ceiling with bifold doors to create a light, open-plan kitchen and living area. The result is a spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation that combines character with contemporary design.
