THE BOTHY
 

Completed in 2024, this barn conversion in rural Devon transformed part of an agricultural barn into a two-bedroom annexe for additional accommodation. Built with a new timber frame within the original structure, the project maximised unused space to create a practical layout and a light, modern interior. The result is a comfortable living space that meets the customer’s vision for a contemporary annexe designed for everyday use.
